Is Your IT Business Keeping Up? The Future of Professional Development & Benchmarking
Michael Crocombe from SMBiT Professionals
Michael Crocombe from SMBiT Professionals will take a look at what’s next for professional development within the IT industry, and why ongoing skills development is becoming increasingly important for MSPs.
Michael will also introduce SMBiT Professionals’ exclusive partnership with IT Nation and the Service Leadership Index (SLI)—giving members the opportunity to benchmark their business against industry standards and see how they compare with their peers.
What does your business really look like compared to the industry?
Are you performing above average, or are there opportunities you’re missing?
This session will explore how professional development, industry standards and real-world benchmarking can help members make better business decisions, identify areas for improvement and build a stronger, more sustainable business.
