Why SMB Security Is Changing - and Why MSP Profitability Depends On It

In this session, we’ll explore the current MSP landscape and the challenges shaping the market as we head into 2026. MSPs are under pressure from rising customer expectations, tighter margins, skills shortages, and an increasingly complex threat environment. Yet demand for managed security and scalable IT services continues to grow, creating strong opportunities for MSPs who can evolve their offerings.
