Australian Cyber Security Centre’s Annual Cyber Threat Report for FY2021-2022 shows the average cost per cybercrime report is a staggering $39,000+ for small business and $88,000+ for medium business. Small to medium businesses (SMB) are least prepared for cyber threats and least likely to recover from such detrimental losses. The issues plaguing SMB business are different to larger corporates and enterprise, and their needs are unique. So too, should their approach to cybersecurity. As managed service providers servicing these SMBs, what are you doing to help protect them?
