Security camera systems are literally everywhere. They’re on the street, in offices, shops, homes, even vehicles. Formerly known as CCTV, these days they go by several names. The most common is VMS or video management system. A modern VMS uses end-to-end digital technologies, including network, or ‘IP-based’ cameras. Surveillance system technologies and management have converged with information system technologies and management. That means the skillsets required for their management have also converged, presenting a massive opportunity for MSP's who are keen to grow existing service bundles, and of course, their MRR.
