Small Changes MSPs can Implement to Make 2021 Great
Luke Smith, Matt Caffrey and Beatrice Lam
Presenting online
MSPs must go beyond the simple delivery of IT services and demonstrate value to your customers, so they can see the results of your efforts.
How do you demonstrate your value to your customers, so they don't start looking elsewhere?
Luke Smith will discuss some of the common pitfalls, share practical insights from other service providers, and tools to help you demonstrate value to your customers. Then Beatrice Lam will show you the small tweaks and easy campaign ideas, that busy business owners can implement now for quick wins, to ensure new leads are coming in every month.
Lastly, we will have our Sales Engineer, Matt Caffrey to show you some of the things we are working on our roadmap and give you a sneak peak to a release that we will be launching soon.
This session is aimed to help you build a value-centric mindset, which could make 2021 a much more positive year for you and your customers.

NBN, SD-WAN and 5G – how these technologies are set to redefine business Internet in Australia
Radek Tkaczyk, Senior Systems Consultant
Presenting online
NetVault will provide a quick update on the re-freshed NetVault product set, and run through a recent customer success story whereby NetVault (and their channel partner) successfully upgraded a 10 site MPLS network into a 10 site SD-WAN network. This will be a real life, working example of a production SD-WAN network to show the real “behind the scenes” working of SD-WAN, and live demonstrations of of typical SD-WAN features and benefits of SD-WAN compared to MPLS.
NetVault will demonstrate their Business 5G mmWave solution, with public static IP address. This will be done via remote control of the NetVault 5G equipment sitting at the Pineapple Hotel in Brisbane. A perfect combination to add to any network environment as a fast backup solution – especially within an SD-WAN network.
As a lucky door prize for members on the night, NetVault will be giving away an Apple HomePod, valued at $469.
