Personality Profiling in Sales

Edward (TED) Deane, Director

The best salespeople modify their engagement to their clients based on the prospect’s or client’s ‘behaviour profile’. A good salesperson understands the same approach, and delivery style won’t always work across different customers. They know different types of customers need to be engaged differently to optimise the outcome. People only buy from people they like – so how can we optimise how different people like us?

In this fun and interactive workshop, you will learn more about 2excel and how we use behaviour profiling in sales to give your prospect or client a better experience together with tips that can help you deal with your more difficult people.

Things you will learn:

  • There are four distinct behaviour profiles
  • You naturally default to one
  • So, 75% of people are in a different profile to you
  • How can you identify behaviour profiles
  • A successful engagement with someone is over 95% up to you, and what you do or don’t do!
We look forward to seeing you all at our workshop and having some fun while learning some skill that will help you improve your bottom line.

2excel is a Gold sponsor of SMBiT Professionals

Hunting for Artifacts

Ben Verschaeren

Post breach the easy way out of cleaning often seems to be to wipe the system, start a fresh and move on. With the state of remote working and with the abundance of legacy systems in some industries wiping often isn't practical or possible. In this session we're going to look at common points of persistence that malware both automated and active use to maintain persistence post breach. As always, we'll go through a demo and open to Q&A.
