“Taming the helpdesk circus”

As Michael Watson’s from StorageCraft workshop on Persuasive Conversation was so engaging with the group, we decided to give it extra time and moved this session to January

An interactive workshop session to identify common helpdesk and service requests, and on the night we will be creating checklist to get all the information for faster and more accurate service.

NOTE: We will not be distributing the outcomes of this workshop to non-attending members, so make sure you are there to help grow your business by creating procedures to streamline your service offering.
