How not to be a dick when losing a client…

We all know losing a client is not an ideal situation, but how should you handle a client that has chosen to leave you when you don’t want them to go?

Based on a real life situation we’ve experienced where we were on the winning side of gaining a new client, we’ll walk through a DR situation that shows how we cemented the relationship with the new client and how the outgoing IT company is unlikely to see any business from them ever again. We’ll talk through the little things that we all often do every day that could contribute to you either winning or losing clients.

This is a lesson not only in technical stuff, but the real stuff – the client relationship stuff that will see you succeed.
