This session is applicable to both the business and technical side of your business with one workshop focused on how to strengthen your sales process, and the other to assist your technical team to get the right information to make their jobs easier and ensure your clients get the outcomes they want.

“Taming the helpdesk circus”

An interactive workshop session to identify common helpdesk and service requests, and on the night we will be creating checklist to get all the information for faster and more accurate service.
