Troubleshooting Workshop

This course offers a complete troubleshooting framework that can be applied in nearly any technical situation, and over a range of complexities. Learn a troubleshooting process that:

  • Solves client problems efficiently
  • Provides a communication framework with clients
  • Helps teams work on and hand over problems without loss
  • Produces good documentation for clients
  • Retains problem solving info for future use

And in the process:

  • Develops common expectations, vocabulary and culture

Suitable for technicians of all levels and provides greatest benefits when whole teams attend together.

Delivered by Dr John Cromie, a truly bonza fella who just loves getting on his feet and pretending he’s a teacher (actually John has too many genuine credentials to list here).

Workshop cost (3 workshops):  

$200 for current members

$250 for staff of members (includes a 12 month Employee Membership of SMBiT Professionals)

Participants must attend all three sessions in sequence to get the most out of the training and obtain their completion certificate.
