Adelaide - SMBiT Professionals Christmas Function

The Adelaide Chapter Christmas Dinner will be held on Tuesday, 9 December 2014 at 6:30pm.

Entrée: Choice of ‘Classic’ prawn cocktail or Warm chicken & glazed ham salad with mixed leaves, semi dried tomatoes, cucumber, fetta, Spanish onion, almonds & balsamic dressing
                                                         

Mains: Choice of Char grilled beef fillet with horseradish mash, steamed broccolini, truffle butter & shiraz jus or Pan seared barramundi on colcannon with steamed broccolini & a champagne veloute
                                                         

Desserts: Choice of Brandy snap basket with tropical fruit salad, cream Chantilly & mango coulis or Traditional Christmas pudding with sauce anglaise & brandy cream
