Michael Smith will be presenting on the recent changes to the Privacy Act as well as some of the legal issues facing IT businesses in the current marketplace. Michael works for Atkinson Vinden Lawyers, a firm founded in 1979, which has since grown to become the largest firm in the Northern Suburbs. Atkinson Vinden provides legal services in commercial law, information and communication technology, intellectual property, conveyancing, family law, employment and litigation.”
