Apple devices - A survival guide

Do you love Apple devices? Or are you one of the Apple haters? Or do you have an interest but don’t know where to start? Too often the incumbent IT guy has curated a resentment for iMacs, MacBooks and iPads and left users in a corner to manage their own devices, or missed out on harnessing inclusion of Apple devices into their revenue stream. If you shirk away from managing these devices or find they give you a headache, lets explore the reasons behind these attitudes and see about strategies to manage those iDevices just like you would any other devices at your customer sites. Dan has a long experience across technology sectors overseeing management from 10 to 10,000 devices (not only Apple gear!). He will cover some management methods to get you started and to be available for Q&A to address any questions that might come up.
