What should be the point of IT investment?

The aim of Paul's presentation is to bring to light what the objectives in any IT investment should be. The presentation is based on a set of eight conclusions from research that was conducted with several Melbourne-based ASX-listed companies. Whilst the talk is grounded in theory, the application of what is discussed does have bearing upon the IT investment decisions that you will help your clients make.
Paul Tero holds an MBA in Technology Management, a Masters in International Business and is studying toward a Masters of Strategic Foresight. He runs a management consultancy, Dellium Advisory, that focuses on strategy development for organisations.
